Ulwe Bengali Welfare Trust (UBWT) a Trust in the process of getting registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 for the well-being of the society and lives of Bengalis living around the vicinity. Visionary Probashi Bengalis staying at Ulwe during 2015, were criticized by some people residing in the heart of Mumbai or western suburbs as living outside the city, united together to make socio-economic change in the surrounding areas through various initiatives and programs.

উলওয়ে বেঙ্গলি ওয়েলফেয়ার ট্রাস্ট (ইউবিডব্লিউটি) একটি ট্রাস্ট যা আশেপাশে বসবাসকারী বাঙালিদের সমাজ ও জীবনের মঙ্গলের জন্য বোম্বে পাবলিক ট্রাস্ট অ্যাক্ট 1950 এর অধীনে নিবন্ধিত হওয়ার প্রক্রিয়ায়। 2015 সালে উলওয়েতে অবস্থানরত দূরদর্শী প্রবাসী বাঙালিরা, মুম্বাই বা পশ্চিম শহরতলির কেন্দ্রস্থলে বসবাসকারী কিছু লোকের দ্বারা শহরের বাইরে বসবাসকারী হিসাবে সমালোচিত হয়েছিল, বিভিন্ন উদ্যোগ এবং কর্মসূচির মাধ্যমে আশেপাশের এলাকায় আর্থ-সামাজিক পরিবর্তন করতে একত্রিত হয়েছিল।
